Lockdown: Day 10 What else??? GO CANADA GO!!

Lockdown: Day 9 Today both of our pin pals were feeling down. All of the back and forth with the practical jokes was put to the side for the day. They both just wanted to see what they have been missing. January 9th can't come soon enough.

Lockdown: Day 8 There was not a lot of talking going on today with our pin pals. Sheldon wanted to return the nice gesture of the R2D2 waffles (without bacon!) and bought some lottery tickets for them both to scratch. Roland wasn’t really a big gambler but didn’t want to turn down Sheldon’s effort. Roland started scratching the ticket. One word, two words, three words. The more he scratched, the more he uncovered. He started to get nervous. Sure enough, it was a big win...ner!! He was so happy, he have never won anything on the few scratch tickets he had in the past. Roland thanked Sheldon, he couldn’t believe his luck. Sheldon congratulated him and then handed him a pen and told him he had better sign the back of the ticket so no one else would claim it. Roland was shaking as he went to sign it. Then he saw the instructions on how to redeem the ticket. Winning ticket claim forms are supplied by Santa Claus. All winning tickets must be validated by the Tooth Fairy. When he looked up at Sheldon, he wasn’t there but Roland could hear the laughter coming from Sheldon as he ran away. Point, Sheldon. While we know she hasn't been one for the spotlight, today we are happy & sad to announce that our general manager is doing her last shift with Mario's Bowl. Anne Dawson has been with our company for many years, starting when it was the 'Big M'. She has weathered many storms in the bowling industry, including the current one, and we have always been the better for it with her guidance and leadership. We wish her nothing but the best as she enjoys her well deserved retirement. Congratulations Anne and thank you for your many years of memories and friendship.
