Just drop us an email at [email protected] Here is a two exercise High Intensity Interval Training workout from Carol. Exercise one is chest to floor burpees and exercise two is press-ups. Start with 1 burpee and 20 press-ups, then change your count to 2 burpees and 19 press-ups, 3 burpees and 18 press-ups until you get to 20 burpees and 1 press-up! Set your timer and get set go! Stay safe and enjoy your workout!
