A treat for you this Wednesday Since we can't be together during this time, try making our Peace Out 2020 Punch at home using the recipe below! Ingredients 1.5 oz vodka .5 oz cassis... .5 oz aperol .25 oz fresh lemon juice .25 oz strawberry syrup (homemade recipe below) 1 oz coconut water Combine all ingredients and shake hard with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel (bake inch lemon slices at 200 degrees for 2-3 hours or until dry to touch) Strawberry Syrup 1 cup sugar 1 cup water lb fresh strawberries Remove tops and cut strawberries in half Combine water and sugar over low heat, stir until sugar is dissolved to make simple syrup Add strawberries and bring to boil Turn heat to low and cover for 30 minutes before cooling and straining : Instagram user @chelseyeatsdc
